Kate Pullen

Kate Pullen is a crafter and writer with a particular passion for rubber stamping. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and enthusiasm for all aspects of crafts with others.

Kate writes extensively on crafts and her first book, a how-to project book, was published internationally in early 2007. Kate runs craft workshops as well as writing on a variety of craft subjects. Kate's projects have been published in magazines both in print and online. Kate is currently working on other books and multimedia projects. As well as writing about crafts, Kate is an accomplished maker and her work has been exhibited in craft and art galleries.

I am passionate about rubber stamping. I cannot think of any other craft that is so versatile or exciting. Armed only with a rubber stamp and some imagination it is possible to create wonderful and creative objects.

Rubber stamping is ideal for people like me, who are buzzing with ideas and creativity, yet without being able to draw pictures or designs. Rubber stamping takes away the worry of ruining a project with one of my unrecognizable drawings, yet gives me masses of scope to explore my creativity and individuality.
