A bold and colorful border can set off a handmade card and really emphasize the festive feel. This card has been created using our printable greeting card borders. The border has been colored using pencils and a dab of glitter glue added to give a touch of sparkle. The stamped image has been colored using pencils and the bells were painted with Perfect Pearls which have given a metallic finish.
