Quick and Easy DIY Handmade Christmas Card Projects

Use Simple Rubber Stamping Techniques to Make DIY Christmas Cards!

By

Quick Christmas cards needn't be boring! Simple designs can look highly effective as well as being fast to produce. This is useful when making several cards. Part of the key to making quick cards that look great is to pick strong contrasting colors. The traditional Christmas colors of green and red are ideal for this, however other color combinations can look equally striking. When picking rubber stamps for making quick cards, pick stamps with bold images that do not need coloring. The images can be left plain or dressed up with the addition of some glitter or glitter glue to give some extra sparkle.

Stickers are a good way of adding a sentiment or greeting to a Christmas card and these are available with a wide choice of greetings. These are an effective alternative to rubber stamping greetings or hand writing a few words.
