Flipping a digital stamp image means turning it so it is facing the other way. Most software programs will allow you to flip images horizontally and vertically. The process will depend on the software that you are using, however you are looking for the 'flip' option. This may be listed alongside the 'rotate' option. In OpenOffice Draw the flip option is listed under 'Modify'.
