To use the luminary, add a couple of inches of sand, gravel or even cat litter to give weight to the luminary and to stop it from blowing over. Place a tea light into a glass candle holder and place into the luminary. Use the luminary to light a drive or to give added atmosphere to an outdoor or night time party.
