A simple folded card box can be transformed by applying some embossed rubber stamped images.
Difficulty: Easy
Time Required: Quick
Here's How:
  1. Make a box following the instructions to make a folded box.

  2. In chalk or a light pencil mark on the box where the stamped images are to appear. If necessary mark which way up the images are to face.

  3. Unfold the box and stamp the images as required in embossing ink.

  4. Working over a sheet of plain paper, pour embossing powders over the stamped image.

  5. Knock the unused powders onto the sheet of paper below.

  6. Collect up the unused embossing powders. Make a funnel out of the sheet of paper and pour the powders back into the jar.

  7. Heat the embossing powders until they have formed a glossy surface.

  8. Refold the box and make another box for the base if required.
