Materials
- A greeting card blank or a piece of cardstock folded in half
- Rubber stamped paper, trimmed to fit the card
- Print of postcard, trimmed to shape - (the card in the picture can be found here - Merry Christmas From Santa). This has been reduced in size by 50 percent and printed on paper.
- Glue, glitter glue, ribbon and other embellishments as required.
Instructions
- Using the glue, attach the stamped background paper to the cardstock
- Attach the copy of the postcard to the backing paper
- Add a row of glue dots around the edge
- Add a small ribbon or other embellishments to add further accents to the project

It is so easy to vary the design of Christmas cards and to add a personal touch. Here are some ideas for adapting this simple card:- Try rubber stamping a sentiment instead of adding a ribbon embellishment
- Place the copy of the postcard at the top or bottom of the card, this will give a space for adding a few words or simply for showing off the stamped background!
- When using black and white postcards, instead of coloring the card, why not make a black and white background for a mono-chromic design
