Use your favorite rubber stamps and techniques to decorate and customize bag toppers. This can be further embellished with ribbons, glitter glue or anything else that you like to make this an extra special gift! Personalize the bag with the name of the recipient or use appropriately themed stamps.
The principle of making bag toppers is the same regardless of the size of the bag. The bag topper has the dual purposes of adding decoration to the bag while also covering the bag closure. A piece of card is simply cut so it fits along the width of the bag and is double the required height. This is to allow for the topper to be folded in half when it is fitted to the bag.
