Make a Pencil Holder

Kate Pullen
This is a great way to recycle food containers or packaging to make a useful pencil holder. Many food items such as Pringles (tm) or biscuits come packaged in card tubes. These can easily be covered with paper and decorated with rubber stamps and other embellishments to create lovely pencil holders or desk tidies.

Supplies Required
  • Pringles (tm) packaging or other suitable food container (make sure that the container is clean and free from crumbs
  • Paper to go around the tube
  • Glue, scissors, ruler, pencil
  • Rubber stamps and inks
  • Paint, glitter glue and other embellishments as required.
