Guide Review - Product Review of Adirondack Pigment Inks
The Adirondack pigment inks are available in 24 different colors plus white and black. The colors are strong and vibrant and work well on a variety of paper types. The pigment inks are slow drying making them ideal for embossing, however they do air dry quickly on some matte papers. While this isn't a problem for many projects, it is worth considering this if heat embossing is required.

Colors
The colors are broken down into three ranges. The Light range which includes 6 pastel and light colors, the Bright range which includes 6 vivid and vibrant colors and the Earthtone range, which includes 12 colors that have been inspired by nature. The colors complement other products in the range and this enhances the ways that these pigment inks can be used. The colors are opaque and work well on a variety of backgrounds.Ease of Use
The Adirondack pigment ink pads are simple to use and experienced stampers will enjoy the even coverage that they give. Novice stampers need to be aware that just a gentle tapping of the ink pad onto the stamp is all that is required, as these stamp pads are very 'juicy' and a heavy hand can overload the stamp with ink.Storage
The ink pads are stackable and this makes them easy to store and reduces the amount of table space that they take.Cleaning
The ink cleans off the stamps well with soap and water. A little attention is required to ensure that the ink is removed from fine detail in the stamps, however this is easy to achieve with an old toothbrush or special stamp cleaner. For more information including the full range of colors see the Ranger Ink website.
