This technique is particularly useful for occasions where you do not have the 'right' stamp to hand. The card in the picture clearly shows a shamrock, however you will notice if you look at the card carefully, that I did not use a shamrock stamp.
To create an image similar to the one shown, both the inner and outer part of the template are required. For the best results use a thin paper for the template rather than a thick cardstock.
Materials Required
- Paper shape to use as a template - I used this shamrock template
- Small rubber stamps
- Two different colored inks (dye inks are good for this project as they are quick drying)
- Greeting card blank or a piece of card folded in two
