Making your own special advent calendar and decorating it with rubber stamps isn't hard to do and our advent calendar template (available on the following two pages, or follow these links - Front and Back) makes it even easier! Decorate the outside of the calendar using your favorite rubber stamping techniques. A small rubber stamped image can be placed on the background so this is seen when the window is opened. This is a great way to create your own special calendar.

How to Use the Advent Calendar Template The calendar is in two parts. The first sheet has cutting lines for the windows and this is for the outside of the calendar. The second sheet has very faint lines drawn on it and this indicates where the windows are. This is to help with the placing of the stamps.

Tip: Although the cutting lines are faint, if you don't want them to show try printing the template onto scrap paper and using this as a guide.
  • Print the two pages of the advent calendar
  • Decorate the advent calendar with rubber stamps as required
  • Use a craft knife and cutting board to cut the three sides of the windows
  • Adhere the front of the calendar to the background - being careful not to glue the windows to the background!
